Dante, no tax stamp needed as it is classified as a Pistol. Only if you add a Shoulder Stock would you need a Tax Stamp. It is currently available in Short Action calibers 300 Blackout, .223 Remington, .308 Winchester, 6.5 Creedmoor. Long Action calibers will follow shortly. Cheers and stay safe!
