Always have.  May be "Team Buds" only when it first becomes available.

Most definitely. I do it all the time. They'll send you a notice via email. Keep in mind that some items will first be reserved for Team Members of budsgunshop.com. It is one of the perks. I recommend being a member. It was my pleasure to assist you.
