I want to buy a Sig Sauer P320C but the only ones in stock have more that 10Round capacity. Am I able to exchange the high capacity mags for 10round mags so I can legally purchase the gun?

Connor, I have heard from other members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction that some Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines. I would contact Buds Customer Service to see whether or not they will at the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

On some items they will remove the high capacity magazines to comply, but they will not swap magazines.

No they will not exchange it however they may ship the gun without any mag
