Johnny, Give your FFL a call. Most FFLs expect the customer to contact them to make transfer appointments once you know firearm has arrived.

Johnny, some FFL take longer to log in firearms. When my tracking says delivered, I go in immediately and my FFL takes care of me immediately. You can call or just go in person to pick up. it only takes a few minutes for them to do the transfer.
