No you do not. You will have to adhere to state and local laws when you pick a firearm up from a local FFL.

Malik, not in most states Sir. Once you make a purchase, the firearm will be shipped to the FFL Dealer you select and once they contact you, you go in to do the background check/paperwork. Once approved, you leave with your firearm.
