Phillip, I have had mostly good experiences. I had an issue with a certain Manager who is no longer with Buds and have been satisfied ever since his departure.

I've always had good service with them, but they are extremely busy and behind with orders right now as demand for firearms went crazy and many suppliers had to close due to Covid-19 so orders are delayed, etc. I use their layaway option a lot, and Team Bud's has its perks.

I have been buying from them for over 10 years and never had a unresolved issue and have had great service
