Per Ruger's spec sheets it comes with an adapter to be able to be used for scopes. https://ruger.com/products/1022Lite/specSheets/21155.html

Jonathan, yes Sir. ***Note*** Combination scope base adapter for both Weaver-style and .22 tip-off scope mounts are included with the rifle.
