3. Barrel Shroud
4. Magazine that attaches to the firearm outside the pistol grip.

Handguns on the below state rosters are permitted:

They do make it confusing.  Best to ask the FFL you would have it shipped to.

Jo, I think in the end that DC guidelines will over ride  MD guidelines as it would defeat the purpose of DC having any laws. I do not believe it is as it has more that one DC restriction. I would ask your local transfer FFL Dealer who should be up to date on DC laws.
