yes the fit and feel of the grips is the same as my p229 lust a little lighter gun

Norman, the Polymer grips have slightly more material circumference wise making it ever so slightly thicker than the Metal Frame. You will be able to feel the slight difference compared to the Metal Frame models. Cheers and stay safe!
