Mayra, This firearm is not CA compliant. No Glocks later then the Gen 3 models are on the CA AGO's approved roster of handguns. Here is the link to the 4800+ firearms BUDs list that are CA compliant-----------https://www.budsgunshop.com/search.php/type/Firearms/exclusive/ca
