Curtis, I have heard from other members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction that some Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines. I would contact Buds Customer Service to see whether or not they will at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

Curtis, Certain states do not allow magazines to be pulled or replaced. If your state allows it BUDs will pull the standard capacity magazine if that is only prohibited feature and ship with no magazine. You then must purchase the restricted magazines. This pulling magazine option is on several of the description page. Here is email from customer service--------"That is correct. As long as the capacity is the only thing, we can pull the magazine and ship the firearm."
