If you buy $199.00 of products listed wit fed ex free shipping buds ships it for free you would still have to pay for the optional insurance if you wanted to insure the item

John, Buds has several items marked FedEx Shipping and if you add a total of these items of a minimum of $199, these items will ship for free excluding tax and optional insurance costs.

John, The free shipping option takes a purchase of $199 to qualify. Items go on and off the free shipping option list. So these round do not appear to have the free shipping option now. I've left stuff in my cart and it has dropped from the free shipping option before I got my order confirmed.
