Tory, not 100% Sir. Only 90% or so as Rifle Scopes are indexed from the center bore of the barrel and red dots and reflex sights are indexed from standard sight height for absolute, 1/3rd etc co-witness from the sights themselves. You would need to adjust the sight height more so that adjusting the scope height.

Tory, You cannot co-witness a magnified optic with iron sights. Even if you could, good luck getting acceptable eye relief. Moving the scope forward enough to raise the folded rear sight would destroy its eye relief.
