Alan, no Sir. Standard 9mm ammunition is 9x19mm - 380 is 9x17mm - 9mm Makarov is 9x18mm - 9x21mm will not fit a standard 9mm firearm. The higher the x mm number, the longer the cartridge case.

Allan, No it takes a special 9 x 21 conversion barrel or a firearm chambered in that round to fire that round. 9 mm Largo was its European designation of this round.
