Roland, Just like most pump shotguns. Unscrew cap on pump handle slide off then remove the barrel. Also just peek in your owners manual. Direction for barrel change is there. Here is link to many replacement barrels.---------https://www.budsgunshop.com/search.php/category/636/type/Barrels/manu/83
