Michael, yes Sir, there are no restrictions for purchase/ownership in MD. The ATF classifies it as just a firearm since it is not technically a shotgun or pistol (21 is the minimal age for purchase). https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/maryland_restrictions.pdf
