What would be the best option for a +1 extension and aftermarket forend? I really just want an extra shell and for the end of the tube to to be even with the barrel. Also, I am having trouble finding forends that would fit without having to remove the heat shield. Magpul is usually my go to, but their forend doesn't fit this model.

Save the money for training! Why do you NEED the extension and the modified fore end? Have you done any tactical drills with your shotgun to see if you need these or only want them? Pull the plug in your shotgun magazine tube, load it up with 2 3/4 inch 00 buckshot and you will have enough firepower for any situation inside your home. Cosmetics are wasted on a functional tool. As far as the fore end, try out verticals/slant and even the strap type...I think you will find that the factory shape is the most ergonomic. Even the military shotguns have a standard slide. (I carried a Remington 870 for 21 years in the military).
