to give you a accurate answer I need to know which model of the M9A3 you are looking at if you repost with a UPC or model number we can help You could also that and do a search at the beretta site using those UPC and model number and it would give you the correct finish. they are both reliable. I don't like the way a glock "feels" so I don't shoot them. you should rent the glock and a beretta 92 or M9 (they feel about the same) and see which you like and shoot best

Scott, they are both equally dependable with the Beretta M9A3 edging out the Glock in accuracy. I own many Glocks and EAA Girsan Regard which is similar to the Beretta and the ergonomics (hand fitment) is better on the Regard which makes a difference in shooting comfort. Six of one and a half dozen of the other so, it boils down to personal preference. Cheers and stay safe!
