Go to your account page and view my orders. There you should be provided with a payoff balance and an option tab to make payments. If still not helping, contact Buds at 1-859-368-0371 M-F 9am-9pm EST

Once logged in click the (Order Status/Account) link up top - go to and click (Show all Orders) and click the "View Order" button. You should then be able to make a payment from here.
