James the way I read it is because the barrels are 18 7/8 inches it would be legal ✘ Pistol-grip firearms expelling a shotgun shell that are 26" or longer in overall length, but with smooth-bore barrels shorter than 18" in length are not being transferred by Hawaii FFLs. Regardless whether pump-action or semi-automatic, this category includes the Mossberg Shockwave, Remington Tac-14, Emperor Arms Duke / Mogul series and the like.
