I live in New Germany, sorry New Jersey. We have a 10 round capacity magazine limit. Does the 10 + 1 refer to 1 in the pipe and 10 in the mag? It is asking whether I want to remove the "high " capacity mag from my order. Thanks

Chris, yes, only magazine capacity is considered for State compliance, even in Jersey territory. You will have no issue with purchase.

it is 1 in chamber and a 10 round mag which will be legal in NJ

10 is the magazine capacity and one is the round in the chamber. Gun is legal in NJ, I just picked mine up Saturday from my FFL, bought here on Bud's. Not sure why it is asking if you want to remove 'high capacity' magazine.
