It says it CA Compliant on the filter option but when I double checked it on https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search it's not on the list.

Louis, it used to be but, was not re-certified by Ruger, Buds needs to update their CA listings. The list of decertified handguns is extensive which is just what CA wants  :  https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/de-certified-handguns

it is no longer on the CA DOJ approved list and in not legal in CA
