Linon. At this time it is VA legal. Don't know when all the anti 2A laws will take effect that will change that. Buy while you can.

Linon, yes, there are currently no Virginia restrictions on purchase and ownership of this rifle. Cheers and stay safe!

yes it is legal in VA at this time the assault weapons ban did not pass this year
