Yes it will restock. Buds should have this within a couple of weeks judging from the last restock time. place on your "wish List" for notification when it arrives.

With reviews this old I wouldn't guess you'll see more anytime soon. If I were you I'd look at other outlets just in case you never see them again from Buds. Wishlist is an optimistic approach, but I wouldn't bank on it. But people win the lottery everyday so... Who knows.
