Daniel, in most States, it will ship directly to your residence. In a couple of restricted States, ammunition must be sent to an FFL. You can check here : https://www.budsgunshop.com/state_restrictions.php

California requires you to send it to and FFL and they charge you ca taxes if any owed and some will charge storing fees normally if you take too long to pick up
