Other than the SIGHTS:Light Gathering HI-VIZ Red Dot, Fancier graphics and the grips and $200 - nothing. All pertinent specs are identical.

Jason, The grips and sights. I love the high viz sights on mine but i didn't buy it new, i would save the $200.00 for my next gun.
