On the Sig Sauer web site it says that the p365 sas c comes with 2 10 round magazines where as the p365 sas c 1m comes with 1 10 round magazine

I would say the 1m means one magazine.

The difference is the number of magazines included. The 1m stands for " 1 mag".

just the number of Magazines included 1 M= 1 magazine
