Pete, Yes  this pistol is legal in MI. MI is still a free non-restricted state. The pistol is over the 26" limit to add a fore grip. That would have been the only restriction. Under 26" OAL no fore grip allowed by ATF.

Pete, most states go by the shortest collapsed length which in this case is Overall length 24.6" collapsed.
