In response to my previous answer, I understand the description said it was an "exact copy" but the reviews said this model had a floating firing pin. I understand the older models had a hammer mounted firing pin like the colt, Just making sure this is the older model. I appreciate it.

I think almost all of Cimarron guns have gone to the Floating firing pin and Cimarron does not list which ones have not so I suggest you call Cimarron and verify it with them Cimarron Firearms Co. Inc.
