Greg, It is a tough time. People are tying up the lines with questions that can be answered easily with a little effort elsewhere. Just keep trying. Chat Button works pretty good. I've gone from 13th to 19th on line to an answer in a couple minutes.

The stores are loaded with customers, Bad to say but people in the store are more then likely going to spend money. A hpone ca is a possible sale
