Darnell, no Sir. The CX4 is a rifle, and has pistol grip so is considered an "assault weapon" in communist states. The thumb hole makes it illegal due to being able to wrap thumb around grip. If a rifle is semiauto and mag fed. It CANNOT have a pistol grip, thumbhole stock, threaded barrel, bayonet lug, collapsible stock, folding stock, or flash hider (or any other muzzle device). I'm sure I'm missing something.
