No, they just remove the one that it comes with.
Claudio, No. If the standard capacity magazine is the only non compliant feature and your state allows a firearm to be altered from the factory before being shipped to your state. Then they just ship firearm sans standard magazine. You have to purchase state restricted magazines on your own.
Claudio, only if the magazine is available at the time. I have heard from other members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction that some Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines. I would contact Buds Customer Service to see whether or not they will at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
