The insurance is optional. No taxes to Florida. The only fee will be the transfer fee you pay your ffl dealer when you pick it up.

Optional shipping insurance is all you'll want to make yourself pay. Otherwise if FedEx loses it, your out the gun and money. But even that's optional. You'll see no taxes or hidden fees, just optional insurance plans and an optional NRA donation box.
