Michael, I have heard from other members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction that some Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines. I would contact Buds Customer Service to see whether or not they will at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

Michael, You gotta buy restricted magazines on your own. It does not matter about magazine if specific firearm is not on the CA AGO's approved list. Michael, The Glock your talking about is not on the CA AGO's approved list so the magazine negotiation is a non starter. The CA compliant Glocks at BUDs are all out of stock, but here is the link to the 14 Glocks listed------------https://www.budsgunshop.com/search.php/type/Firearms/exclusive/ca/manu/137 CA has not added a firearm to the approved roster since 2013 and more will be dropping off as time goes on.

sorry you can not because the specific model number has to be on the CA DOJ approved list and the 15 round gun has a different model
