Barry, Buds employees will replace high capacity magazines when available or remove high capacity magazines to comply with State restrictions. Cheers and stay safe!
they will remove a High capacity mag for shipment to states that have a mag restriction if the mag is the only reason the gun is illegal in that state
They only remove the high cap mags THEY DO NOT replace them from Buds "At this time we are only offering to have the magazine(s) removed. But for doing so, we are not providing state compliant magazines or a discount. So your firearm would arrive just without the magazines."
It is when they remove the magazines that are illegal in your state. Sometimes they can replace them with smaller capacity magazines. Sometimes they aren't available though. Just remember this and vote pro-gun in November! Stay safe and have a great day!
