Is there a way to search here by AR or AK?  I tried "product search" with these criteria and it didn't filter out the ARs or AKs at all.

Stacy, just click Firearms. under "By Type" click Long Guns - in the left hand column click Modern Sporting Rifles. You can also select Caliber you are seeking as well. Note, due to current event, most are out of stock. Cheers and stay safe!

With the current demand and lack of availability with assault rifles; I'd say your best bet is to filter by caliber  > select .223/5.56 and take a look at the available rifles there.

I have found that its best to search by caliber and semi auto that finds most of them

I always filter my search by caliber first. Then if I need to look specifically for something I do caliber and manufacturer. I hope that helps! Stay safe and have a great day!
