Tanya, this is a Pistol since it has a Brace instead of a shoulder stock. Same requirements as a standard handgun. Cheers and stay safe!
it is a pistol according to the ATF. the stock is considered an arm brace. So you'll just need a permit to purchase or carry handguns. Good luck
