Robert, Pump Shotguns do not carry the same restrictions as Semi-Auto Shotguns.

Robert, I don't get your question, but no regulations in MD have any restrictions on pump action shotguns.

You are right, since it is a pump shotgun it can have over 10rds and still be shipped to MD, and it is perfectly legal to purchase.
