Yes, this is the 'compliant' version. In addition to the 10 round magazine, it also has a non-threaded barrel and a fixed stock, which makes it NJ compliant. Seems to me if you wanted the other version, you would just need 10 round mags to make it MD legal. Weight comes in at just under 5 lbs, 4.7.
