The lcp is thicker than the lcpII. Do not know if that would make it not fit.

Richard, yes Sir it will no issue. It will not interfere with any extensions. This is designed to Fit - Ruger LCP and LCP II  -  Taurus TCP  -  Kel-Tec P-3AT, P32.
