Hello Community, I am a new owner of G19. I want to be sure that I am purchasing the correct ammo for my G19. My question is FMJ the same as Lugar ammo? I understand that this may not be straight forward answer. Your a valuable advise is needed. Thank you happy G19owner.

Donald, FMJ = Full Metal Jacket in any caliber. 9mm, 9mm Luger, 9mm Parebellum, 9x19mm are all the same 9mm ammunition for your Glock Model 19.

FMJ stands for full metal jacket it is a description of the bullet not the caliber 9mm luger is the same as 9mm Parebellum, 9x19mm and 9mm. 9mm nato will also work its just a slightly more powerful load of the same ammo
