Yes it will work. The mag wells and release are the same.

This will fit and will give you a bit more real estate for a better grip on the LC380ca.

I believe the CA versions magazine came with a cut off? That is a magazine feature and not the gun. So to use the standard mag from any other lc380 is fine.
