By lead they would mean unjacketed lead bullets which are really not that common among most major brands. You should be fine with basically any copper jacketed ammo.

Vicente, you can shoot any copper jacketed bullet (that has a lead core but copper/brass jacket) The reviewer was speaking on completely lead bullets as lead builds up quickly in polygonal rifling and will need cleaning much sooner than shooting copper/brass jacketed bullets.
