Christopher, Yes these should work fine. I know the SA 1911 Range officer has the Novak sight dovetail cuts for front and rear sight. Look at your SA 1911. If the front sight is dovetailed in on slide and the rear sight has the Novak dovetail cut these will fit.

Christopher, these will fit the Range Officer no issue. Note: - The fronts are .330" x 65 degree dovetail and the rears (Fixed LoMount Carry) are .495" x 65 degree dovetails.
