I read that but Walther advertises that their firearms have a lifetime warranty. Thanks

Roger, If you purchase a Walther firearm, it carries its Legendary Warranty regardless of whether or not you are the original purchaser. I would however confirm this directly with Walther Customer Service at 479-242-8500 Ext 507
