David, I would disassemble it and make sure the spring is seated properly in the slot on the bottom of the follower. Mine hold all 10 rounds. Cheers and stay safe!
David, You can get the tenth round in. It is tight. It's promag. The QC is so so. It might take a disassembly and reassembly. I've gotten promag magazines where spring was in backwards or upside down. Check it out.
These mags will hold 10 rounds. Pro-mag is know for questionable QC. Disassembly and reassembly might be necessary at first use and multiple times in the life of the mag. The springs aren't the best quality either, but you can get them to function. Stay safe and have a great day!!
its a promag it should hold 10 but have never had any luck wit pro mag magazines and will not buy them again
