A firearm can meet all the restrictions California puts out, but if it is not on the approved list it still is not "legal."
Zack unfortunately this weapon is not Commifornia compliant. Not for any good reason at all. It doesn't have a high capacity or a short barrel. Those are the usual excuses. It's just old and no one is rushing to add it to the compliant list. This is why you have to vote pro-gun. Good luck, stay safe, and have a great day!!
