Hi Jason, Buds policy is that once an item is placed on "Layaway" the price at the time is locked in. This works both ways as stock and demand changes could swing prices up or down. If the price had risen buds would not change your price to a "higher" price. this is fair practice. You can contact Buds, but this has always been their policy.

Once you put an item on layaway, it locks in the price. Sometimes the buyer benefits if the price goes up. Sometimes the seller benefits if the price goes down. You could always call 859-368-0371 or live chat to see if they will change their policy.
