SniperCental.com calls it a Howa 1500 Sniper Rifle Package, everything on it is optional and these were custom picked for order by Buds. But the Heavy Barrel is also an option that cost an extra $50 on the 20" barrel. If this one had it, why on earth would buds not advertise it?

I contacted live chat and that was once again little help. I was told "it doesn't specifically say it is, but I'm pretty sure. I would contact Howa before ordering to be sure". Gee... Why didn't we think of that. Sorry Eric, I really wanted to get you a rock solid answer but just can't seem to get one.
