Jason, The standard trigger in a CZ Bren is a 2-stage trigger. 2-stage has nothing to do with a binary trigger. Where the hammer is released on the trigger pull and trigger release. A 2-stage trigger is very common in ARs, military and sporting rifles. Just means it has a take up stage to a wall then the hammer is released in the second stage. A 2-stage trigger is very standard. I am not aware of any 2-stage trigger restrictions in any states. Binary triggers maybe, but not 2-stage triggers.
